The Journal “Statistics and Applications” (S&A) is a multidimensional and all-inclusive bridge for fusion of classical theory of statistics and the emerging interdisciplinary aspects in other prominent sciences. While we maintain our traditional strength in basic research in statistics, we have a far more wider horizon to encompass within our gamete the new problems that confront us as scientists. We aspire to serve as easily accessible global platform for high quality research on every aspect of our field. The quality of our elaborate editorial board, comprising of celebrated and well recognised research professionals of high repute from different parts of the world, echoes our priority. S&A brings out two issues per volume (year). S&A is indexed in (a) Web of Science {Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)}; (b) Google Scholar; (c) included in UGC Care list (India); (d) rated by the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences with a score of 5.67 effective 01 January 2024.
